Returns

Due to the delicate nature of our business with all items made to order, we do not accept returns for any reason. On the off-chance an item is sent to you defective or not to our standard, we will gladly work with you. This hasn't happened yet.

Remember the chains are delicate. Your barber can cut it, you can accidentally snip it with your electric razor—shit happens. If you need to purchase a replacement, email us for special chain replacement pricing.
