1) Save: Every year I try to come up with some kind of comical word play that reminds me to save and it never really ends up working out. “Think before you spend” and “Control your spending” didn’t really do much as I just put more time into thinking about how much shit I wanted and how I’d stop at nothing to get it. This year the goal is to not only spend less but to SAVE MORE – third times a charm.
2) Share: I started this site two years ago as part of a resolution (and a little bit of therapy) and this is the year I’m really going to get into it. I feel very Taylor Armstrong in that I’ve finally found my voice and I’m not afraid to use it.
3) Shine: I meant this in both the literal and figurative sense. Shining in the figurative sense doesn’t come easy – it takes hard work, focus, and determination but the way I see it, there’s no other way. Shining in the literal sense on the other hand… well… sequins just look good on me.
